How to get here, to Villas Nicolas Hotel?
ON the main road in Manuel Antonio the hotel is about a 20-minute walk to the beach, or five-minute cab or bus ride. From San Jose, by car, it's a four-hour drive starting on the General Cañas Highway west, to Orotina, then southeast past Jacó, follow signs to Manuel Antonio.
The second option is faster. You can take the new highway to 'Caldera' (you don't have to go all the way to Caldera) or number 27 and head to Orotina, then you just have to follow the sings to Jacó or Quepos/Manuel Antonio (number 34), this trip is approximately 3 hours drive, so you will save time.
